| well bardo bash, i felt was a huge sucess lol. k so weights today kinda sucked. we did at least ninty updowns and this thing called stairway to hell and perfect squat jumps...the reason for thos is well link got arrested and nick nolty and heiser all got minors. |

| well, i am just really bored and sore....college football is not at all what i expected. Everyone is bigger and stronger and faster and know what there doing and hazing is a bitch. digger anderson has made me his bitch. lol hope everyone has had a good summer.
